Support Brampton Professional Fire Fighters Association
The Brampton Professional Fire Fighters Association (BPFFA) is going lavender!
In support of the William Osler Health System Foundation and the City of Brampton’s campaign to build Brampton’s second hospital and enhance cancer care services, the BPFFA is On the Frontline, Helping Build Cancer Care.
For the months of September and October, a frontline fire truck is being converted to a shade of lavender. Lavender is the symbolic colour for awareness of all cancers. It serves as a unifying symbol to promote empathy and support for those affected by the illness, regardless of the specific type.
Watch for the truck at community events and celebrations over the next two months, and as it responds to calls for service in the City of Brampton. Follow us on Instagram (@BPFFACharity) and on X (@BPFFACharity) where we will share information on the campaign, and where you can learn where you can see the truck in person and purchase a campaign t-shirt. T-shirts can also be purchased online at www.bramptonfirefighters.ca and picked up during specified hours at the BPFFA office or at any of our community events in the city.
Thank you for your support. Together we can make a difference!
