William Osler Hospital Foundation DIY Fundraising

Join us for a day of fun and excitement at the Pickleball Tournament, proudly hosted by Bayshore Integrated Care Solutions and Wynn Fitness Clubs to support the William Osler Foundation. This event is not only a chance to learn about this fun sport and to engage in spirited pickleball matches but also to contribute to a meaningful cause. We’re raising funds for vital mobility equipment for the hospital patients, including walkers, canes, wheelchairs, and crutches, while bringing our community together. 

Whether you’re a newcomer to pickleball or a seasoned pro, this tournament promises a welcoming and competitive atmosphere where you can showcase your skills and forge connections with fellow supporters of the William Osler Foundation. Plus, you’re encouraged to bring friends and family along to cheer you on and share in the excitement. 

Every dollar raised will go directly towards acquiring essential mobility aids for William Osler patients in need. Mark your calendar for January 18, 2025 and join us at Wynn Fitness Clubs in Mississauga for the event. This event is open to all ages, so gather your loved ones for a day of thrilling matches and community spirit. Don’t miss out on the fun and the chance to make a difference! 

Balls and Paddles will be available, however, please feel free to bring your own equipment if you like! Practice courts and free sessions will be available at Wynn Fitness Club, Mississauga, before the event. Food and water will be provided to the players on the day of the event!

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Only Limited number of spots available for Players, entries will be considered on First Come First Serve basis.
Beginner Tournament: 0 Spots Remaining: Registration CLOSED
Pro Level Tournament: 0 Spots Remaining: Registration CLOSED
Cheerleader: Registration currently Open
All entries after the registration is closed will be given a donations tax receipt for their generous contribution.
All entries after the Player Registration is closed will be given a Cheerleader ticket allowing you to come and support the cause.
Please mention the name of your teammate (if you have any) and the Tournament level you want to participate in while making the donation in the 'Personal Note' section and request your partner to do the same.
All participants will be issued a tax receipt for their contribution towards the goal.

Event Timings:

Beginner Tournament: 7am - 11am
Advanced Tournament: 4:30pm - 11pm

Donation Options:

Player: $50 or more per person
Cheerleader: $30 or more per person
